What's the difference between floor plans and architectural plans?

The architectural plans contain everything listed in the contents - while the floor plans contain only the floor plans with rough measurements. Each floor plan contains a unique $59 discount code towards the architectural plans if you choose to upgrade to the architectural plans.

What can I use these for?

You may use the drawings for your personal project. You may not repackage or resell them.

Do these plans meet building code?

Building code varies in every state. Prior to building, you must make sure it is built up to code for your state. There are many varying factors like snow-load. Please consult an engineer or architect in your state.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are final, and we don't offer any refunds.

How will I receive the plans?

They will be emailed to you immediately upon finishing checkout.

Can I build based off of this plan?

These are the plans we used for our build in Ohio. We encourage you to use them as a starting point and hire an architect or engineer make sure it is suitable for your location and needs.
